Mer De Verre, or Sea of Glass, represents a basin of life. It starts with the birth of a coral's life in the form of colorful single celled creatures evolving into complex forms. The metal represents the blood of life while the enamel (glass) is the water that feeds it; a metaphor for continuity and existence. Birth emerges in that meeting point of land and water.

Crescent Oyster Ring

This Crescent Oyster Ring is Cheryl Eve’snew version of her signature dommed-shaped Oyster cocktail ring from her Mer De Verre collection (Sea of Glass). Her timeless style is made of fused glass over copper with hints of oil gray and black enamel over white. Cheryl Eve’s rings are inspired by the Cycle of Life marine life; that meeting point land, water, and life. Each piece is handmade with subtle variations in color and metal growth due to the unique process.  Each jewel is made to order; please allow 2- 3 weeks for delivery.  Please note there is fused glass on the surface and none of our enamel rings are resizable. Best worn on the middle finger.
