Please read them carefully before engaging with our website or making a purchase. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website.

This website is operated by Cheryl Eve Acosta Jewelry, a business based in Kansas City, Missouri. All products, content, and intellectual property are owned by Cheryl Eve Acosta, LLC.

HANDMADE ARTISTRY

Each piece of Cheryl Eve Acosta Jewelry is handcrafted with great intention, care, and expertise. Slight variations in shape, size, color, or texture are natural features of handmade artwork and are not considered defects. These nuances reflect the uniqueness of our sculptural jewelry and are part of its value and character.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Contact us at adorn@cheryleve.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in unworn, original condition and returned with all packaging materials.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and must include tracking and adequate protection.

Please Note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Custom, personalized, or altered pieces are final sale and non-refundable.

CUSTOM JEWELRY & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Custom pieces are handcrafted specifically for you and cannot be refunded or exchanged. These include:

  • Custom sizing

  • Finish or metal changes

  • Personalized engraving, inscriptions, coloring

  • One-of-a-kind sculptural commissions

We confirm all specifications before beginning any custom project. Please be sure your details are accurate before placing your order. Once materials are sourced or work has begun, the project is non-cancellable.

REPAIRS

We proudly stand behind the craftsmanship of our work.

If your item has a craftsmanship-related issue within 90 days of delivery, we will repair it free of charge. After 90 days, repair costs are assessed case by case. Customer is responsible for shipping both ways.

To request a repair:

  • Email adorn@cheryleve.com

  • Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All jewelry is shipped from our Kansas City studio. Please allow 3–7 business days after artwork completion for processing unless otherwise stated.

  • We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • A tracking number will be provided when your order ships.

  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments after they are confirmed delivered by the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship internationally. Shipping costs and import duties will be calculated at checkout or charged by your local customs agency upon delivery.

Cheryl Eve Acosta Jewelry is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays

  • Duties or VAT charges

  • International shipping disruptions

We welcome visitors to our Kansas City showroom by appointment only.

All designs, content, and photographs on this website are the intellectual property of Cheryl Eve Acosta. When you purchase jewelry from us, you acquire only the physical object, not the right to reproduce the design in any way. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

  • Commission other artists to reproduce our work

  • Use our designs in any other medium or product

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for damages arising from:

  • Improper wear or misuse of jewelry

  • Metal sensitivities or allergic reactions

  • Negligent storage or care of the item

Use our products responsibly and at your own discretion. Jewelry is not suitable for small children or pets.

We respect your privacy. Information collected during checkout is used only to process your order and communicate with you. We do not share or sell your data. We may occasionally contact you about new collections or events. You can opt out at any time.
